Responsibilities and Duties

· Updating of JDs and ensuring that HR has full records of the JDs for all employees

· Engagement activities. Assisting HR / Wellness in any organized activities

· Recruitment – scheduling interviews, putting docs in place for interviews, etc

· L&D

· Personal files – opening of physical file for new joiners, archive resignees’ files and other digital filling, checking/follow up the outstanding document and etc.

· Update & record of staff reimbursement benefits.

Skills and specifications

· Disciplined and meticulous when it comes to documentation and time management.

· Good communication skills.

· Independent and self-motivated.

· Good analytical skill.

· Detail- Oriented, proactive, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.

Education and Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
