We are seeking experienced Retail Assistants to join our team in Seksyen 9, Shah Alam. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in retail, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring the store is always welcoming and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their purchases.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on products and services.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing deliveries.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for retail.
- Knowledge of health and wellness products a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
