Tanggungjawab:

  • Pemanduan:
  • Membawa pengarah syarikat ke mesyuarat, acara, dan lokasi lain.
  • Memastikan kenderaan syarikat sentiasa bersih dan dalam keadaan baik.
  • Pastikan kenderaan sentiasa diisi minyak dan diselenggara dengan baik.
  • Operasi & Logistik:
  • Membantu tugasan harian seperti penghantaran, pengambilan barang, dan urusan lain.
  • Berurusan dengan pembekal dan vendor untuk memastikan barang dihantar tepat pada masa.
  • Bertindak sebagai pembantu untuk tugasan-tugasan lain apabila diperlukan.
  • Sokongan Acara:
  • Membantu persediaan, penyelarasan, dan pembungkusan selepas acara.
  • Mengangkat peralatan dan barangan semasa acara.
  • Menyokong pasukan di lokasi untuk memastikan acara berjalan lancar.

Keperluan:

  • Lesen memandu yang sah dengan rekod pemanduan bersih.
  • Mahir dengan jalan-jalan tempatan dan mampu mengemudi dengan mudah.
  • Sanggup bekerja pada waktu fleksibel, termasuk malam dan hujung minggu.
  • Fizikal yang sesuai untuk membantu persediaan acara dan tugasan lain.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Driver & Operations Assistant. Your main job will be to drive the company’s director safely and assist with daily operations, logistics, and event support.

Responsibilities:
Driving:
- Drive the company director to meetings, events, and other locations.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and in good condition.

Operations & Logistics:
- Help with daily tasks like deliveries, pickups, and errands.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to make sure items are delivered on time.
- Act as a runner for various tasks when needed.

Event Support:
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and teardown.
- Help move equipment and supplies during events.
- Support the team on-site to ensure events run smoothly.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knows local routes and can navigate easily.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physically fit to help with event setups and other tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
