Responsibilities
- Lead the CR Management Team to monitor, assess, and mitigate financial risks effectively.
- Oversee the management of credit limits and facilities, ensuring alignment with the company’s risk policies and operational needs.
- Manage and implement the Partner Credit Policy, including conducting RBA scoring assessments for:
- Prefunding caps for supply and payout partners.
- Credit limit caps for sending partners.
- Identify and address risks related to liquidity, credit exposure, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Collaborate with other teams within the TR to integrate risk management practices into daily operations.
- Provide regular reports on credit and risk metrics, including exposure levels and mitigation measures, to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to credit and risk activities.
- Support the development of strategies and policies to enhance the company’s overall risk management framework.
- At least 5 years of full-time work experience in a treasury-related field, with a preference for experience in Forex & treasury management systems.
- Experience in the fintech industry or payment industry is an advantage.
- Experience with cross-border remittance aggregators is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.
