
Account Sales Manager
Job Description:
The Account Sales Manager in Nasty is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role involves working closely with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to promote vape products while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the vape industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
2. Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (operation, product development, customer service).
- Understand client needs and provide product recommendations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
3. Product Knowledge & Promotion:
- Stay updated on the latest vape products, trends, and competitor activities.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional events.
4. Negotiation & Contracts:
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients.
- Ensure agreements align with company objectives and industry regulations.
5. Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales efforts.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team for product positioning.
6. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure sales activities comply with local and national vaping regulations.
- Stay informed on evolving industry laws and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the vape, tobacco, or FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of the vape industry, including products and regulations.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client objections effectively.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
