Job Title: Administrative Assistant (1-Year Contract)
Job Summary:
- Provide administrative support for retail staff management.
- Handle documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities – General Administration
- Maintain and organize company records and documents.
- Handle data entry, invoices, and claims processing.
- Prepare reports on staff attendance, sales performance & contracts.
- Support office operations, including filing and document processing.
Key Responsibilities – Staff Coordination & Support
- Assist in scheduling and tracking retail staff attendance.
- Prepare onboarding documents & employment contracts.
- Support staff training arrangements & briefing materials.
- Coordinate uniform distribution & ID issuance.
Key Responsibilities – Communication & Client Support
- Respond to emails, inquiries, and internal requests.
- Liaise with store managers, HR, and sales teams.
- Provide administrative support for meetings and action plans.
Key Responsibilities – Office Support & Logistics
- Manage office supplies, uniforms & equipment.
- Assist in event coordination for staff engagement.
- Handle courier services, mail distribution & document filing.
Key Responsibilities – Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company documents.
- Prepare and submit reports for management review.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, HR, or related field.
1-2 years of administrative experience (Retail/Outsourcing preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
Good communication & problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently & meet deadlines.
