Summary:
- Identifying and acquiring corporate clients for car rental and leasing services by conducting market research and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Job Description:
- Prepare monthly action plans and sales pipeline reports on a weekly basis.
- Prepare quotations and leasing agreements for clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and quotation requests received via email or phone call within 24 hours.
- Determine the terms of agreements in consultation with Legal, clients, and management.
- Work closely with internal departments such as customer support to coordinate efforts and deliver exceptional value to corporate clients
- Ensure timely submission of all billing and Statements of Account (SOA).
- Ensure timely collection of payments within the specified credit terms
- Conduct follow-up with customers regarding service requirements such as provided customers comprehensive vehicle information including costs, terms, and conditions
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales roles or related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
