Summary:

  • Identifying and acquiring corporate clients for car rental and leasing services by conducting market research and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Job Description:

  • Prepare monthly action plans and sales pipeline reports on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare quotations and leasing agreements for clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and quotation requests received via email or phone call within 24 hours.
  • Determine the terms of agreements in consultation with Legal, clients, and management.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as customer support to coordinate efforts and deliver exceptional value to corporate clients
  • Ensure timely submission of all billing and Statements of Account (SOA).
  • Ensure timely collection of payments within the specified credit terms
  • Conduct follow-up with customers regarding service requirements such as provided customers comprehensive vehicle information including costs, terms, and conditions

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales roles or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Working location: Wisma Tan Chong, Jalan Tun Abdul Razak (Susur 2), Johor 8000.
