Strategic Sales Planning

Annual Planning and Target Setting: Develop comprehensive annual client development plans and sales targets, leveraging in-depth market analysis and aligning with the company's overarching strategy. Continuously monitor progress against these goals, making data-driven adjustments to your strategies to stay ahead in a dynamic market.

Market Intelligence and Reporting

Trend and Competitor Analysis: Regularly scout for industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Transform this data into actionable strategic insights, presenting detailed reports on market trends and the competitive landscape to management. Your recommendations will fuel the evolution of our sales strategies.

Product Expansion and Client Engagement

New Product Introduction: Identify opportunities to expand our product categories based on market needs. Actively seek out potential clients, while also nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing ones. Conduct regular client visits to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and offer personalized service solutions.

Order Fulfillment and Cash Flow Management

End-to-End Order Handling: Swiftly respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate quotations. Oversee the entire order processing cycle, from order placement to shipment arrangements. Coordinate with clients for reconciliations and timely payment collection, ensuring a healthy and consistent cash flow for the company.

Contract Management
