Account Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Processes payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements and statements
- Monthly closing of accounts and prepare reconciliations and other reports
- Handle phone calls, filing and general admin support
- Manage day to day office operations timely and efficiently
- Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized
- Candidate that can start immediately will be an advantages.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
- Familiar with SQL Accounting will be an advantaged

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
