BIM Modeller

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Modeller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AutoCAD or Revit. The ideal candidate will have a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage 3D building information models (BIM) using AutoCAD or Revit software.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate representation of architectural, civil, and mechanical designs.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed construction drawings, schematics, and other related documentation.
• Perform clash detection and coordination of the models to ensure consistency and resolve potential issues.
• Update and modify models as per the project's requirements and timelines.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the BIM model reflects accurate design intent.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with AutoCAD or Revit.
• Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in creating 3D models and generating construction documentation.
• Good understanding of BIM processes and workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
