Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate the Dining Experience: Provide exceptional service that complements the elegance and precision of the cuisine, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
  • Cultural Ambassador: Share your knowledge of Japanese dining traditions, ingredients, and etiquette with guests, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of the cuisine.
  • Attention to Detail: Assist in the seamless presentation of multi-course meals, ensuring each dish is served with precision and care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and other team members to deliver a cohesive and immersive dining experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a polished and professional manner.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A willingness to learn and embrace the traditions of Kaiseki dining.
