Job Responsibility:
1. To assist Unit and Section Head to achieve Department Goal.
2. Responsible to update and manage customer database with accurate and precise
information.
3. To ensure all customers information to be updated accurately and within timely
manner.
4. Ensure all customers data protected at all times according to PDPA Act 2010.
5. To follow established procedures for each request, adhering to agreed Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs).
6. Handle request by Dealership nationwide on changes of Customers Information
through email & system.
7. To follow established procedures for each request, adhering to agreed Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. To perform a call (outbound) to customers based on project basis.
9. To assist on documentation and filing management of the Department.
10. Ad-hoc task or project assigned by superior as the situation dictates
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,348.23 - RM2,100.00 per month
