  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Role:

  • Customer Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support to enhance their gym experience.
  • Front Desk Operations – Perform 8-hour counter duty, handling customer inquiries, assisting with memberships, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Facility Maintenance – Maintain the gym’s professional image by ensuring equipment is properly re-racked and the workout area remains clean and organized.
  • Sales Performance – Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Inventory Support – Assist in restocking fitness-related products such as protein supplements and healthy meal options.
  • Event Support – Provide assistance in organizing and executing gym events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for participants

We Are Looking For:

  • Preferably 1 year of gym sales experience.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Passionate, cheerful & great at communication.
  • Basic computer skills.

Working Hours (Rotational Shifts):

  • Morning Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM (1-hour break)
  • Noon Shift: 11 AM – 7 PM (1-hour break)
  • Night Shift: 4 PM – 12 AM (1-hour break)
