Our Clients is a listed company in mainland China. They have overseas mines, logistics business, and has set up a company in Malaysia and Singapore, with Offices in Republic of Guinea and Indonesia.

Position: Transport Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • High school diploma or above, with proficiency in French.
  • Experience in managing mining transport vehicles, with prior management of at least 30 mining trucks.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle performance and maintenance.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Oversee the management of transport vehicles.
  • Supervise transport drivers to ensure daily volume targets are met.
  • Conduct safety training for drivers to ensure road safety.
  • Educate drivers on professional ethics and company policies, ensuring the security of fuel, vehicle parts, and other company materials.
  • Maintain effective communication with drivers to enhance transport efficiency.

Working Hours & Salary:

  • Standard 8-hour workday, 26-day work system.
  • Salary: RM5000 to RM6000 per month + performance based incentive for exceeding guaranteed transport volume (25 vehicles, 2,000 tonnes).
  • Benefits will be discussed with the candidates directly.
  • Basic Salary is negotiable depending on the experience.
  • Office is located Diamond Plaza, the capital of Guinea.
  • No restriction on the nationality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
