A Chief Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently. This role requires strong driving skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Assist guests with luggage or other belongings if needed.
- Keep valet areas clean and organized.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any parking-related issues.
- Ensure vehicle security and report any damages or incidents immediately.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in valet parking or hospitality.
- Knowledge of local traffic patterns and parking regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
