Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, bread, and other baked goods.
  • Develop new and creative recipes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order baking ingredients as needed.
  • Manage pastry kitchen staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts, Baking, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a pastry kitchen or bakery.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
  • Creativity in designing and decorating pastries and desserts.
  • Ability to work based on shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
