Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, bread, and other baked goods.
- Develop new and creative recipes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and order baking ingredients as needed.
- Manage pastry kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts, Baking, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a pastry kitchen or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Creativity in designing and decorating pastries and desserts.
- Ability to work based on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
