Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, showcasing innovative camera products, and ensuring smooth daily store operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in understanding and selecting the best camera and accessories to meet their needs.
Demonstrate product features and provide hands-on guidance to enhance customer experience.
Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Ensure store displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.
Manage inventory, restock products, and coordinate with suppliers.
Assist in online inquiries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
Support promotional events and marketing activities when needed.
Requirements:
Experience in retail sales, especially in electronics, photography, or tech products, is an advantage.
Passionate about technology, cameras, and content creation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of social media and online sales platforms is a plus.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
