  • Follow up on service cases daily.
  • Process partner invoices on time.
  • Support stakeholders as per service agreements.
  • Assist team leaders in performance monitoring.
  • Provide guidance to business partners.
  • Report challenges to the team leader immediately.
  • Update case details in relevant systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings, training, and discussions as required.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems.
  • Adaptability to evolving processes and procedures.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
