- Serve as the main liaison for partners and customers.
- Handle installation and service cases efficiently.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Ensure high customer service standards.
- Monitor partners’ work quality and service performance.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Follow up on service cases daily.
- Process partner invoices on time.
- Support stakeholders as per service agreements.
- Assist team leaders in performance monitoring.
- Provide guidance to business partners.
- Report challenges to the team leader immediately.
- Update case details in relevant systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, training, and discussions as required.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirement:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems.
- Adaptability to evolving processes and procedures.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
