  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role: Project Manager

Salary : RM3,000 – RM5,000

Working Day : Monday – Friday (8.00AM – 5.00 PM)

Saturday (9 AM – 1.00 PM) alternate

  • Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as general worker and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance, and site progress
  • Performing report on daily record site progress.
  • Analyzing plans to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and cleanliness.
  • Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and timeline extension.
  • Educating site workers on construction contract of services.
  • Perform and recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
  • Monitoring construction processes.
  • To monitor sub-contractors at work site, site machinery usage, site material planning etc.
  • Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
  • Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
  • Checking and approving materials and equipment at the point of delivery to the site.
  • Attending site visit.

Job Requirements:

· Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.

· Experience in the construction industry is required

· Have leadership in own self and brave to give instruction.

· Able to keep track of multiple projects.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of mechanical and electrical.
