
Executive, Talent Development
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support the deployment of materials and strategies for learning execution.
2. Coordinate L&D interventions such as Learning Needs Analysis, pre and post classroom learning, social learning, on-the-job coaching and mentoring, as well as short workshops.
3. Support the Talent Management team in handling HRDC* matters (e.g., grant applications, claims, monitoring of levy and grant balances).
4. Conduct selected Training Programs (e.g., Customer Service Training) for specific groups within the organization, including new joiner induction.
5. Assist in managing Training Records like attendance, evaluation, development nomination forms, etc.
6. Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
7. Assist in reviewing data from implemented training programs to identify further improvements.
8. Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
9. Assist in maintaining in-house training equipment/ facilities.
Qualification
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· Experience in HR functions, preferably in training / learning & development.
· Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
· Proficient in MS Office
· Preferably proficient in virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Kahoot, etc.)
· Preferably have an interest in Learning and Development
· Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and detail-oriented.
· Ability to work independently.
· Willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
