Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will primarily focus on supporting our sales activities by managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and assisting in sales administration. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new clients/customers by researching potential leads and initiating outreach.
  • Follow up on new and existing customers to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit quotations & tenders based on customer requirements and project specifications.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product/service support by assisting customers with technical information and recommendations.
  • Manage customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve customer issues.
  • Generate monthly sales reports to analyse sales data

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytic skills & creative problem solving.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a solo and team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
