Minimum Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in Damansara Perdana.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Alternate Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist owners/ tenants with inquiries, complaints, outstanding issues, and payment details.
- Process monthly invoices and payments to owners/tenants by verifying information and documentation, scheduling disbursements, and obtaining payment authorizations.
- Familiarity with computerized accounting systems, such as AutoCount.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication abilities.
- Additional experience in auditing and international accounting is a plus.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, perform bank reconciliations, and conduct data entry.
- Prepare internal monthly accounts, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flows, and analyses for management review.
- Generate monthly and year-end revenue and expenditure reports, as well as journal entries, adjusting entries, and closing entries.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects to support team initiatives and tasks as needed
