Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work in Damansara Perdana.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Alternate Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist owners/ tenants with inquiries, complaints, outstanding issues, and payment details.
  • Process monthly invoices and payments to owners/tenants by verifying information and documentation, scheduling disbursements, and obtaining payment authorizations.
  • Familiarity with computerized accounting systems, such as AutoCount.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication abilities.
  • Additional experience in auditing and international accounting is a plus.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, perform bank reconciliations, and conduct data entry.
  • Prepare internal monthly accounts, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flows, and analyses for management review.
  • Generate monthly and year-end revenue and expenditure reports, as well as journal entries, adjusting entries, and closing entries.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to support team initiatives and tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
