General Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain records and filing systems, both electronic and paper
- Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable
- Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations
- Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
- Assist for accounting task
General Clerk Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Able to learn quickly and use new technology
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry
