General Clerk Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable
  • Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations
  • Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed
  • Assist for accounting task

General Clerk Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in an office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Able to learn quickly and use new technology
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
