Job Responsibilities:
1) Financial Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Entering financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
Organizing and filing financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and statements.
2) Transaction Processing:
Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
Verifying and reconciling bank statements with the general ledger.
Assisting with audits and year-end account preparation
Processing staff claims
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
Proficiency in accounting software (SQL)
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, GST/SST, and financial reporting
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision
Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
