Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Explore new markets and industries to expand our customer base.
- Promote and sell indoor & outdoor LED displays, digital signage solutions, and AV systems to B2B clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide consultative sales support, understanding customer needs and recommending the right AV solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable contracts and partnerships.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly & annual sales targets.
- Monitor customer payment cycles and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with technical and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and promotions.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, progress reports, and business development plans to management.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows to generate leads.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in AV, IT, electronics, or related industries).
- Strong negotiation, networking, and business development skills.
- Passion for technology, digital displays, and innovative AV solutions.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is a plus!).
- Willing to travel for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
