Sales Assistant Manager
- Responsible for handling sales inquiries, acquiring new, and servicing existing client account.
- Develop, and implement creative and aggressive sales strategies to strengthen existing business and increase market share.
- Provide advice for interior ideas and space planning based on customers’ lifestyle and need.
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the sales team.
- Effective management of sales plan to achieve sales target and manage payment collection according to the timeframe.
- Prepare sales report, budgeted & actual P&L (profit & loss) for presentation to shareholder and management team weekly.
- Manage customer’s quotations, secure orders, and payment and ensure goods are properly delivered.
- Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise. Work with commercial and procurement teams to develop cost estimates and sales plans.
- Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are attended to promptly and effectively as per the timeline.
- Maintaining and improving all customer relationships.
Sales Executive

- Develop, and implement creative and aggressive sales strategies to strengthen existing business and increase market share.
- Effective execution of sales plan to achieve sales target and manage collection according to timeframe.
- Prepare sales forecasts.
- Prepare customer’s quotations, secure orders, and payment and ensure goods are properly delivered.
- Visit customer’s site, and attend site meetings to resolve site issues.
- Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are attended to promptly and effectively as per the timeline.
- Provide advice for interior ideas and space planning based on customers’ lifestyle and need.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in marketing or relevant any field
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of working experience in the Furniture Retail, Furniture Sales, or Service Industry is an added advantage
- Specialize in the FURNITURE Industry
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess good negotiation and communication skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Cheerful personality and customer-oriented with a pleasant personality
- Diploma holders in Interior Design are encouraged to apply
- The ability to read the AutoCAD plan will be an added advantage
- Possesses own transport & willing to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
