
Technician
- Perform troubleshooting/ repair/ maintenance of equipment.
- Perform installation, commissioning and warranty of equipment.
- Perform electrical and mechanical assembly task and testing for system
- Responsible for continuous improvement activities and quality assurance to meet standard process and customer satisfaction.
- Customer service support; ensure open service issues are closed in a timely manner
- Provision of quality check of equipment/ system prior to delivery
- Liaison work involving spare parts ordering, shipment, installation and after sales service.
- Provision of follow-up support with customers after equipment installation
- Respond to technical and quality issues that arises
- Prepare relevant internal, external report and customer complain reports
- And any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
