Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Communicate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Guidance & Troubleshooting: Provide clear instructions to help users troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Issue Resolution: Ensure all technical concerns are followed up and resolved to customer satisfaction.
- Technical Assistance: Diagnose and fix issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Application & System Support: Assist with the deployment and maintenance of new applications and IT systems.
- Documentation: Maintain records of troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices.
- Case Management: Handle multiple technical support requests, prioritizing based on urgency.
- Technology Assessment: Test and analyze new technologies to enhance IT support efficiency.
- Hardware & Software Setup: Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, WAN, and connectivity issues.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE), Linux (LPIC, CompTIA Linux+), or Cisco (CCNA).
- Experience: At least 2 years in technical or desktop support.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Tools: Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Language: Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
