  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position - Business Analyst

Competencies and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software development / Information Technology / Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in business process analysis or a similar role.
  • Experience in Treasury or banking projects.
  • Delivered medium and/or large scale projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle for new external facing system

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes and identify areas of change.
  • Data Collection: Gather and analyze data to identify the change for submission.
  • Process Documentation: Document business processes (internal and external regulatory) and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including management, department heads, and end-users, to understand the requirement and gather feedback on process changes.
  • Implementation: Develop the material for submission and approval, implement the process change accordingly.
  • Problem Solving: Identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on new processes and tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage the adoption of best practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
