Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into databases or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain and organize files, ensuring easy retrieval and storage of data.
- Assist in generating reports or analyzing data as required.
- Perform routine data backup and ensure data integrity.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data discrepancies and assist with resolving any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper handling of data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company information.
- Perform additional clerical duties as needed, including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Required Qualifications:
- High school (SPM), diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of database management and spreadsheet software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data entry software Autocount systems.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools.
