Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into databases or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain and organize files, ensuring easy retrieval and storage of data.
  • Assist in generating reports or analyzing data as required.
  • Perform routine data backup and ensure data integrity.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding data discrepancies and assist with resolving any issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper handling of data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all company information.
  • Perform additional clerical duties as needed, including filing, scanning, and document preparation.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school (SPM), diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good knowledge of database management and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data entry software Autocount systems.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
