  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Change Management processes.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM Demand Management and its role in managing business demand.
  • Understanding of Business Operation Management and the ability to collaborate with teams to streamline processes.
  • Basic experience in ServiceNow ITSM Change Management and Release Management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITBM Project Portfolio Management (PPM) principles and tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving ability with an eagerness to learn and improve service management practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices (especially in Change, Release, and Demand Management).
  • Previous experience in using ServiceNow or similar service management platforms is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
  • ServiceNow Change Management: Assist in implementing and managing ServiceNow Change Management processes, ensuring proper handling of change requests, approvals, and documentation.
  • ServiceNow SPM Demand Management: Support Demand Management processes within ServiceNow, helping to prioritize business requests and ensuring that demand is properly managed and tracked.
  • Business Operation Management: Assist in the management of business operations, ensuring processes and activities are aligned with operational goals and objectives.
  • ServiceNow ITSM Change Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of changes within ITSM, minimizing disruptions and ensuring service quality.
  • ServiceNow ITSM Release Management: Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT service releases, ensuring all aspects of the release process are properly managed in ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow ITBM Project Portfolio Management (PPM): Assist in the management of projects within ServiceNow, including tracking progress, resource allocation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
