  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position - Business Analyst - Python, VBA and Macros

Competencies and Skills

  • At least Degree holder
  • Knowledge of Banking Business / Operation processes will be a plus

Key Responsibilites

  • Analyse business process to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements / robotics automation
  • Document business requirements and redesign process for RPA (Purpose process improvement) and produce quality ‘Solution Design Document’ (SDD)
  • Work with relevant stakeholders, process owners and RPA developers on process improvement initiatives
  • Provide timely updates on progress of RPA initiatives
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing
  • Conduct workshop to familiarize process owners / end users on the new automated process
  • Provide post production consultancy support as a SME in the event of an incident.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in excel, powerpoint presentation skills. Peferably with knowledge of Automation Anywhere, Python, VBA and Macros.
  • Proven record in the capcity of a Business Analyst and areas like Project Management and Implementations.
  • Able to work independently with a keen focus on results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Business Analyst and areas like Project Management: 1 year (Required)
  • Knowledge of Banking Business / Operation processes: 1 year (Preferred)
