Paid Media Specialist

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including search engines, social media, and display networks. The role requires strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and hands-on experience with paid media platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Paid Media Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies to align with overall marketing goals and KPIs.
  • Identify target audiences, select appropriate platforms, and craft campaigns to maximize reach and performance.
  • Plan and manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Manage campaigns for different goals, such as lead generation, website traffic, app installs, e-commerce sales, or brand awareness
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track campaign performance using key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Leverage retargeting, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting to reach relevant users.

What you need:

  • 3-4 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of PPC (Pay-Per-Click), CPM (Cost-Per-Thousand), and CPA (Cost-Per-Acquisition) bidding models
  • xperience with remarketing, display ads, and audience segmentation.
