Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support in various administrative and project-related tasks
  • Coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Accurately input data into relevant systems and databases
  • Maintain and organise physical and digital files, documents, and records. Ensure efficient document retrieval and support in archiving when necessary
  • Facilitate internal and external communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and redirecting inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate, unemployed or working part time basis
  • Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program
  • Completed Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent
  • Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months
  • Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
