Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support in various administrative and project-related tasks
- Coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences
- Accurately input data into relevant systems and databases
- Maintain and organise physical and digital files, documents, and records. Ensure efficient document retrieval and support in archiving when necessary
- Facilitate internal and external communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and redirecting inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate, unemployed or working part time basis
- Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program
- Completed Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent
- Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months
- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
