Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service by managing customer inquiries, order processing, and resolving any issues related to product delivery. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and requests related to product delivery and supply chain issues.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer records and order status in the system.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to management on customer care performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- More than 3 years in customer service, customer care, or a related field in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with order processing, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and collaborate with various teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Sitiawan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
