  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to manage and support a wide range of IT projects and services, including infrastructure, networking, helpdesk, and technical support. You will play a key role in maintaining IT operations, optimizing business efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and leading a team of system operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on support for IT infrastructure, server setups, and troubleshooting.
  • Install, manage, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Oversee daily operations, including servers, storage, network security, and desktop support.
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VoIP, and security solutions.
  • Maintain and support video conferencing and AV systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.
  • Manage IT inventory and ensure timely repairs with vendors.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and IT policies are up to date.
  • Participate in IT infrastructure design for new projects.
  • Monitor network health, performance, and system availability.
  • Develop and manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
  • Document and track IT issues and resolutions.
  • Continuously assess and improve IT system performance and cost efficiency.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, structured cabling, and networking.
  • Experience with PC hardware, operating systems, office software, and peripherals.
