  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Ensure all records in place and up to date, filing accordingly especially for registered form.
  • To monitor and record the color and smell consistency of the product during Work In Progress (WIP) and finished product with the previous batch, testing sinking leaching, water stability, bubbling, density, and homogeneity test (twice yearly). Report daily on activities, at the same time prioritize if found any abnormalities on the spot to the Quality and Production team.
  • To do daily sampling and pack requested samples for internal and external test.
  • To take in-charge of particle size distribution record of every finished product and sample/as per requested by Technician, Quality.
  • To perform internal calibration to verify the weighing balance & magnet strength in good condition before used and report to Officer, Quality if there is any error on the instrument.
  • To take in-charge of incoming raw materials, packaging materials & label and to report any discrepancies to Officer, Quality/ Technician, Quality. Perform moisture testing (using moisture analyzer) of incoming raw materials and compare them with specification in Certificate of Analysis & do monitoring on colour standard of label. Report any discrepancy to Supply Chain Department, Quality team & Production team (if necessary).
  • To be responsible for SOP process flow, tagging any on hold item and releasing the item after completing the analysis.
  • To update cleaning chemical stock balance, do dilution for cleaning chemical & responsible for refill soap & sanitizer dispenser/ chemical bottle. Inform officer, Quality if need to restock.
  • To take charge of weekly pest control activities (monitor pest activity & in-charge of fly trap station), monitor & accompany monthly external pest control contractor during their service.
  • To ensure all weighing activities of raw materials are correct via cross-checking selected items based on formulation list and activities by operator.
  • To monitor weighing, sealing, bucketing, labelling, cartoning and transferring of finished goods to warehouse.
  • To monitor cleanliness/ any malfunctioned of facilities of factory and do reporting if found out of specification.
  • To be responsible for monitoring of container’s cleanliness before loading of exporting finished product
  • To monitor glass & plastic breakage, control of wooden pallet and checking temperature & humidity of plant.
  • Support testing of R&D/ microb analysis if required.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
