Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present products/services and solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding market insights, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Organize and execute product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Tailor sales pitches to meet the unique needs of each customer and business.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up after sales to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, including sales pipeline and territory performance.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Territory Management:

  • Organize and plan daily and weekly schedules to maximize customer interactions within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to travel and meet with clients regularly, which may involve standing for extended periods or carrying promotional materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
