Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present products/services and solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Market and Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive landscape.
- Identify market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to capitalize on opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding market insights, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Organize and execute product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to potential clients.

Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up after sales to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, including sales pipeline and territory performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Territory Management:
- Organize and plan daily and weekly schedules to maximize customer interactions within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to travel and meet with clients regularly, which may involve standing for extended periods or carrying promotional materials.
