Brand Ambassador
The Brand Ambassador will represent our company’s products and services by engaging with consumers, building brand awareness, and fostering positive relationships with the target audience. This role involves promoting our brand through various channels, including social media, events, and personal interactions, with a strong focus on creating a positive and lasting impression of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation:
- Act as the face of the company at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Represent the company’s values, voice, and products accurately and enthusiastically.
- Ensure consistent and positive messaging of the brand across all channels of communication.
Brand Awareness & Promotion:
- Engage with potential customers through direct conversations, social media interactions, and other marketing platforms.
- Promote brand initiatives, campaigns, and products to a targeted audience in an authentic manner.
- Increase brand visibility and product awareness through various marketing tactics, including social media posts, public speaking, and influencer partnerships.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects through personalized interactions and engagement.
- Gather and communicate consumer feedback to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Event Coordination & Participation:
- Create memorable experiences for consumers that enhance their connection to the brand.
- Assist in setting up and managing event logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
Social Media and Content Creation:
- Create engaging content to promote the brand across personal and professional social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing brand campaigns.
- Engage with online communities, share posts, and respond to comments to create a strong social media presence for the brand.
Market Research and Insights:
- Collect data on consumer reactions, preferences, and trends related to the brand and competitors.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the marketing team to help refine marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and report on the effectiveness of brand promotion efforts, including social media engagement, event attendance, and consumer feedback.
- Meet established KPIs and metrics to assess the success of brand awareness initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in brand promotion, marketing, or public relations (experience in social media or influencer marketing is a plus).
- Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about the brand, its values, and its products/services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to attend events, which may require travel, standing for long periods, and some physical activity.
- Must be comfortable engaging with a variety of people in different settings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
