Exciting news! Mount KL Bar & Restaurant is set to open in April 2025, bringing an exceptional dining and nightlife experience to KLCC. We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to be part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Support chefs in plating and garnishing dishes during busy service hours.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
- Frequent checks on quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
- Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and kitchen safety procedures.
- Disciplined and follows procedures accordingly.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours.
- Willingness to work in night shift, weekends, and holidays.
