  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Recruiter Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches
  • Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, reference check and process all prospective candidates given by Project Head
  • Actively source candidates for open positions using all possible recruitment method - web portals, posting, social network, databases, referrals, contacts, & job board
  • Follow Up References & Update Recruitment Database by Weekly
  • Partner with Project Head to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports/ database to the rest Project Head
  • Present shortlisted candidates by weekly
  • Present Detailed Shortlisted candidate profile summary in Recruitment databased by Weekly

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Posses in Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of Recruiting Experience
  • Excellent in understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using Recruitment Database Tracking
  • Good Knowledge of Candidates selections methods
  • Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
  • Focus on clients needs and build strong relationships
  • Effective influencing and communication skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Critical Thinker and Problem-Solving skills
  • Good- Time Management skills
