We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through rental sales of marine equipment. This role requires a proactive sales professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the maritime sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close rental agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and service of rental equipment to clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and report sales activities to management.
- Customer Support: Provide after-sales service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Min. 2 to 3 years related working experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
