Business Development, Growth Development
Your roles and responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Management
> Identify, approach, and secure strategic partners across various sectors (corporate, Government bodies, GLC, GOC, and SMEs) to support business growth.
> Negotiate partnership agreements and manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle.
> Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure ongoing collaboration.
› Analyse partnership performance and recommend improvements to maximise value.
Strategic Collaboration
> Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to align partnership initiatives with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
> Identify co-branding and co-marketing opportunities with partners to amplify market reach.
> Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Operations) to ensure successful implementation of partnership projects.
Growth & Business Development
> Support the Growth Development team in identifying new business opportunities through partnership channels.
> Monitor market trends and competitor activities to discover new potential partners and areas for collaboration.
> Contribute to revenue generation targets through effective partnership strategies.
Reporting & Analysis
> Prepare regular reports on partnership status, performance, and impact. Provide insights and feedback from partners to improve service offerings and operational processes.
What we need from you:
> At least 5 years of partnership management, business development, or strategic marketing experience.
> Experience in co-brand partnerships, marketing partnerships, referral/reseller partnership programs under mobile technology industry, regional partnership or exposure, digital marketing and growth strategies, will be an added advantage.
> Good verbal and written English communication skills. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,529.40 - RM6,000.00 per month
