Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between the company and key retail clients (B2B) or high-value customers (B2C).
- Manage and maintain relationships with retail partners, distributors, or VIP customers.
- Handle escalations, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee customer service strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor retail sales performance and work with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, loyalty programs, or customer engagement initiatives.
- Provide reports on customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
