Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls for airline customers, providing professional assistance and support.
Provide accurate information on Malaysia Airlines’ services, bookings, flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel-related inquiries.
Assist customers with ticket reservations, cancellations, changes, and refunds.
