Responsibilities:
Brand promotion:
- Actively promote products or services at events, roadshow
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers and potential customers to build relationships and provide information about our products or services.
- Gather and share feedback from customers to help improve our offerings.
Event Representation:
- Represent at promotional events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
- Assist in setting up and managing event booths or displays, and engage with attendees to drive interest and sales.
Reporting and Feedback:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities and campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on customer interactions and feedback.
Brand Consistency:
- Maintain a deep understanding of brand values, mission, and product offerings to ensure consistent messaging.
- Ensure that all promotional activities align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
