Your roles and responsibilities:

> Providing solutions for opportunities to win deals.

> Scouting overseas and local tenders.

> Provide technical solutioning presales service to potential customers. Attend to technical clarities for project tender.

> Bridging sales team and technology team to archive common understanding. Provide detailed technical information/explanation via email, diagram drawing to clients.

> Pre-scoping for project customisation.

> Assist sales team with technical pre-sales cycle, including technical product presentations, demonstrations and tender proposals.

> Assisting and monitoring on vendor registration status for HQ and regional offices.

What we need from you:

> At least 2 years working experience in related job function in IT or telecommunication industry.

> Good verbal and written English communication skills.

> Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.

> Personality traits - meticulous, pleasant, self-motivated, enthusiastic, result- oriented, confident, responsible, independent, trustworthy, ethical and a team player.

Other knowledge:

a) Good technical knowledge in system integration using various API integration protocol provided internally or externally by clients' IT team.

b) Good technical proposal writing, solutioning and convincing skills.

c) Intermediate level of IT security knowledge.

Possess a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• IT Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

• Telco industry: 2 years (Preferred)
