Sales / Business Development Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and reach out to discuss suitable solutions.
- Communicate with new and existing customers through calls, digital platforms (emails, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), and in-person meetings.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including preparing proposals and quotations.
- Schedule and conduct presentations (both in-person and online) to demonstrate the benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize sales terms, including tenders and contract agreements.
- Gather and compile required customer documentation for project purposes.
- Serve as the key contact person for customers, from initial business discussions to project completion.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in sales, marketing, and branding activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, webinars, and Facebook Live events.
- Contribute to project tenders and prepare final project proposals for submission.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.
- Prepare and update sales reports for discussions with the management team.
Requirements: Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Preferred industry: Engineering or related fields where skills and experience can be adapted to selling engineering solutions.
- Added advantage: Candidates with an existing network of potential clients who can be converted into customers.
Education & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong presentation skills.
- Good sales acumen, including negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
