Copy Centre/ Support Office Administrator
We are looking for a confident & organised administrator with front line experience supporting customers & internal team support on issuing delivery orders, purchase orders, customer support, inventory control, etc.
The job is varied so you need to be a multitasker. Suit mature administrator reentering the workforce or experienced admin previously on maternity leave and ready to recommence work life.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support to Management on administrative requirements
Support to walk in customers on Copy Centre services, in charge of POS Cashier System
Support to technicians on daily job processing and checking to close off cases for customer.
Answering phones & assisting with enquiries
Ordering Stock, assisting to implement systems for cross checking, accountability on all stock issued out or received in the company with the support of management and training.
Keying in supplier bills.
Experience with Autocount, MYOB or similar.
Must have your own transport to arrive to work on time. Small fun team environment. if you are results driven you will do well!
