We are looking for a Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should be familiar with social media recruitment strategies and have a keen eye for identifying top talent. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes effectively.
主要职责:
- 制定并执行招聘策略,吸引优质人才加入公司。
- 通过招聘网站、社交媒体(LinkedIn、Facebook、小红书、Instagram等)和人脉网络主动搜寻候选人。
- 编写并发布吸引人的职位招聘广告,提高招聘效果。
- 负责筛选、面试、评估候选人,确保其符合公司需求。
- 建立人才储备库,为未来招聘需求做好准备。
- 与各部门负责人紧密合作,了解岗位需求并提供合适的人才推荐。
- 通过创意招聘营销,提升公司雇主品牌影响力。
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, etc.), and networking.
- Create and manage engaging job postings and recruitment ads across multiple platforms.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for the company.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Promote employer branding through creative recruitment marketing efforts.
任职要求:
1-3年招聘/人才招募/HR相关工作经验。
熟悉社交媒体招聘(如LinkedIn、Facebook、小红书、Instagram等)。
良好的沟通与谈判能力,能高效与候选人和团队协作。
具备主动性、抗压力强、善于解决问题的能力。
适应快节奏工作环境,能同时处理多个招聘项目。
Job Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
Proficiency in social media recruitment (LinkedIn, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized.
